Itinerary

Kathmandu

Today, our representative will come pick you up at your terminal in the international airport (TIA) in Kathmandu. You are recommended to arrive at least one day earlier than your trip starting date, so that proper itinerary can be formulated. There will be a final briefing and introduction with your guide in your hotel. You may book a hotel accommodation in Kathmandu on your own, or we may assist you with the booking process too.

Pokhara

Today, we will be travelling to Pokhara via an air-conditioned tourist bus, sharing the bus with other tourists and guide. The bus journey will be 7-8 hours long. For your comfort, you may request us a private car to Pokhara (US$ 150 for a sedan car) or a flight (US$ 120 one-way including hotel transfer). On arrival in your hotel in Pokhara, we will take you for a short walk around the majestic Phewa lake and the Lakeside tourist market in Pokhara.

Bhumdi

After breakfast, you will take a short scenic drive from Pokhara to Khare, which is the starting point of your trek. From Khare, you will begin trekking towards a village called Bhumdi. The trail is pleasant, going through terraced fields, charming villages, and forests, all the while offering stunning views of the Annapurna range. You will spend the night in Bhumdi and have your first yoga session in the evening. The yoga session will be done in the laps of nature herself, with stunning views of the mountains.

Panchase Bhanjyang
Today, the trek takes you from Bhumdi to Panchase Bhanjyang. The trail, like yesterday, continues through lush forests and gradually ascends towards Panchase Bhanjyang. Along the way, you will see beautiful landscapes of the Annapurna region and have the opportunity to observe local flora and fauna. In the evening, you will have another yoga session to unwind, relax and be one with your spirituality.

Your destination for today is Bhadaure. After breakfast, you will continue your trek from Panchase Bhanjyang to Bhadaure. The trail offers panoramic views of the mountains and passes through traditional Nepali villages. Bhadaure is a small, picturesque village where you will spend the night and have a yoga session to stretch your muscles and rejuvenate your soul.

The Panchase Yoga Trek is almost over! In the morning, you will walk from Bhadaure along a trail through forests and terraced fields, providing scenic views along the way. Once you reach Naudanda, you’ll take a short drive back to Pokhara. In the evening, you can relax and explore Pokhara and everything this beautiful city has to offer. Rent a cycle and ride along the Lakeside, indulge in delicious cuisines, enjoy the nightlife there, or simply relax. You’ll also have your final yoga session of the trek today.

Kathmandu

Today, we will be travelling via an air-conditioned tourist bus back to Kathmandu. The bus usually takes 7-8 hours to reach Kathmandu. For your comfort, you may request a private car (US$ 150 for a sedan car) or a flight (US$ 120 One way including Airport Transfer) back to Kathmandu. On arrival back to Kathmandu, we will transfer you back to your hotel, and you can roam around Kathmandu if you like. The trek is officially over today. If you have additional days left, you may talk to us for a heritage tour or other trekking and hiking adventures in Nepal.
